  12.         * The LIFETIME.MSI file is no longer invalidated if the wrong 
  13.         password is entered. 
  14.  
  15.         * The Menus Editor Lock has been disabled in the unregistered 
  16.         version.  I've done this with the greatest reluctance but this 
  17.         feature is now only available to registered owners.
  18.  
  19.         * The full registration fee is now $30 U.S.  This includes a 
  20.         diskette with the lastest release, the printed and bound MSI 
  21.         User's Manual, unlimited technical support (voice) AND 
  22.         unlimited free upgrades.

  24.         * The $20 registration fee now includes a diskette with the 
  25.         latest release, the printed and bound MSI User's Manual AND 
  26.         unlimited technical support (voice).

  28.         * The SUPPORT.MSI file has been updated to include a few 
  29.         changes to Distribution and Support BBS information, the 
  30.         addition of a new Regional Support BBS and Distribution BBSs, 
  31.         and a description of the new RIME and Wildnet support 
  32.         conferences.

  34.         * The complete Version history of MSI has been moved to the 
  35.         file HISTORY.MSI.  This makes it easier to print the 
  36.         installation instructions contained in README.DOC.

  38.         * I've added a brief description of the MSI features to 
  39.         README.1ST primarily so that BBS users can get a quick 
  40.         overview of the program before downloading it.  Many BBSs now 
  41.         have the ability to display a text file contained inside an 
  42.         archive file.

  44.         * The User's Manual has been updated to reflect the v1.51 - 
  45.         v1.54 changes.
